Responsibilities:
Pricerite Management Trainee Programme is an 18-month comprehensive training programme covering both frontend and backend sales & operation exposure to develop and foster young talents to become our future retail leaders.
During this journey, you will experience a series of classroom & on-the-job training by building up industrial & product knowledge, professional management skills and leadership techniques. The job rotation and mentorship guidance enable you to gain practical exposure through the cross functional team attachments and experience/skill transfer. By providing different opportunities and great challenges, you will be able to unleash your potential and gain career progression through this adventurously designed programme in retail management prospect.
Requirements:
Who are we looking for?
- Degree holder in business administration/operation management /marketing or related discipline
