Responsibilities:
CFSG Management Trainee Program offers 12-month comprehensive training covering both frontend & backend exposure through job rotation and provide good career prospect for young talents to become our future leaders.
During this journey, you will start your career in financial world and undergo a training program including industrial knowledge and on-the-job training in Finance, Wealth Management, Asset Management, Cryptocurrency etc. for business familiarization under CFSG Group. The job rotation and mentorship guidance enable you to gain practical exposure through the cross functional team attachments and experience/skill transfer. By providing different opportunities and challenges, you will be able to unleash your potential and gain career progression through this adventurously designed program in Finance prospect.

Requirements:
Who are we looking for?
- Degree holder in ANY discipline
- Strong career aspiration & planning in Finance industry
- Outgoing, creative and positive to face challenge
- Good team spirit and interpersonal skills
- Holder of insurance (IIQE) or SFC license preferably
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
